At my heaviest, I weighed close to 200 pounds. I was homeless as a kid, so my relationship with food was always a little warped, but in early adulthood, my habit of using food as a coping mechanism got really out of control.

The road to health and wellness for me was paved with lots of potholes and wrong-turns and just flat-out bad directions. But through that experience, I learned how to love and accept myself, and to truly cherish my body and everything it had done and continued to do for me by truly nourishing it.

How does the 12-week email coaching program work?

After you enroll, you’ll receive a form that will help prioritize the habits that feel most important to you right now so we have a jumping off point. Each following week, you'll answer questions to help you set SMART goals, reflect on your progress and challenges, and explore the structures and environment that will help you succeed in building these habits. For each session, I’ll offer my thoughts and questions to help keep you on track and offer guidance when you need it.

What kind of support will I receive during the program?

In addition to the weekly emails or in-person meetings, you’ll have direct access to me via email for personalized support. Whether you have questions, need clarification, or just want some encouragement, I’m here to guide you every step of the way!

Is this program suitable for someone with a busy schedule?

Absolutely! The program is designed with busy women in mind. The weekly emails can be filled out anywhere, anytime and the goals that you set are completely up to you based on where you’re at. Filling out the weekly coaching form should take between 30-60 minutes each week, and the rest of the time you put to working on your goals each week is up to you! Or if you’re doing in-person sessions, the 30-minute walk-and-talks take place at a local walking path in Mount Vernon, WA to get a boost on healthy movement while receiving coaching.

What results can I expect from the program?

By the end of the 12 weeks, you can expect to have a stronger, healthier relationship with food, and lose up to 24 pounds.
